Our new building is located in the heart of Little Havana, Miami, the colorful center of Hispanic culture in Miami. In these times of new Covid-19 regulations, Social distancing is made easy with our low and wide, 3 story tall design. You can always choose not use the elevator and exit through the stairs. Additionally, for improved air quality each unit has new air conditioners and filters are changed monthly.

We offer for rent apartments with each its own parking place in a new and safe building. The 1 -or 2 bedroom units, come with its own washer and dryer and other Whirlpool cooking appliances. With amenities such as a small gym and courtyard space for the tenants you will feel right at home.. We know you have a busy life so we provide an Amazon Hub parcel locker in the lobby to receive and manage incoming packages right from your phone.
