About Casa Verano
Our Development
There is a serious shortage for quality rental housing in Miami, and especially in Little Havana, which made us decide to build Casa Verano. A new and safe rental building for the anyone who wants to enjoy living in the heart of Miami.
The Casa Verano building was designed by renowned architect Caymaris Martin (www.caymaresmartin.com) and built by Milton Construction (www.milton-construction.com), established in 1965 the company has a proven track record of completed projects in Miami, working under stringent buildings codes. We are proud of our building, come and see it for yourself.
Our Background
Prior to this specific development, we redeveloped several other apartments and houses, and constructed a modern style house in Coconut Grove. We have been helped by numerous friends to make this building a reality and we are grateful to them for helping us build our dream. We strive to build apartments that people enjoy living in.
A little more to know
We love the food and nightlife in the thriving community of Little Havana. Every month the neighborhood organizes Viernes Culturales, (Cultural Friday) a cultural get together for all residents, where local artists display their work and there is food and music in the evening.
The rooster, also known as gallo, is the mascot of Little Havana.
Casa Verano means Summer House, referring to the endless summer of Florida.
